01

Email Print

After registration, find the printer’s unique email address on the Epson Connect user page, printer display, or printed setup sheet. Attach a supported document or photo to an email and send it to that printer address.

02

Remote Print

Install the compatible Epson Remote Print driver or mobile application, sign in with the registered account, select the printer, and print through the internet when away from the local network.

03

Mobile printing

Install Epson Smart Panel or Epson iPrint from your device’s official app store. Connect the phone to the same network for local discovery, then add the printer and follow the app prompts.

04

Manage the printer

Use the Epson Connect user page to review registered printers, change the printer email address, manage approved senders, review print activity, and adjust service settings.

If registration or remote printing fails

Confirm the printer is online

Print a network status sheet or open the printer’s network status screen. Confirm it has an IP address and internet access. Restart the printer and router after correcting network settings.

Check Epson Connect status

On supported control panels, open Settings → General Settings → Web Service Settings → Epson Connect Services. Registration should not show “Unregistered,” and Connection should not show “Disconnected.” Menu names vary by model.

Check secure communication

On the printer’s network status sheet, review the Epson Connect section. HTTPS Status and XMPP Status should show Connected. If they do not, review firewall, proxy, DNS, date/time, and router restrictions.

Check the account and printer address

Confirm you are using the account that owns the registered printer. For Email Print, send to the exact printer email address and attach a supported file type.
